New YouTube interview series

I've had the fun idea of setting up a series of interviews where I talk to writers about their experience of publishing, with a particular focus on unpublished work. Were there pieces they were particularly proud of that they didn't get published? Did they try to get them published, or was there something that held them back from submitting? It's an interesting chance to shed some light on the underworld of writing, a canon that only exists in filing cabinets, or files on PC's.
